Returns and Refunds Policy:

 

We generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exceptions include:

  • Major damage with usability issues.

  • Receipt of the wrong item (size different from the order).                                                                                                                                          

Unboxing Video Required: For eligible returns, an unboxing video is mandatory. Requests without it will not be accepted.

Initiating a Return: Contact us within 24 hours through our support platforms for return requests

Timeframes:

  • Raise tracking and shipment complaints within 30 days from the dispatch date.

  • Report product complaints within 24 hours of receipt.  

  • The return on the product is only accepted for the product damages in shipping transit.
